Apply for an ACTFL Proficiency Assessment

Dear Applicant:

You have been directed to take an ACTFL® proficiency assessment.

In order to apply, you must submit all forms below:

Application Form and the Test Taker Agreement (including payment)

OPI® and/or WPT Proctor Responsibilities and Agreement

After submitting a complete application, you will then be contacted to schedule a test. You may download the appropriate applications and forms to mail or fax to us, and/or apply directly online.

Your rating and certificate, stating the rating, will be made available to you through our website.  Please note that it may take two to four weeks from the time of your actual assessment to receive your ACTFL proficiency rating.
