To Tulsa, Oklahoma Language Teachers: 

The Tulsa Board of Education has a stipend program for teachers who demonstrated proficiency via the ACTFL® Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI)® and Writing Proficiency Test (WPT) and also meet certain district requirements. For complete details you should contact your Human Capital representative.
